What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. To process your return your item must be in it's original condition. If the item is used or opened, we cannot process the return.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours, cancellation after 24 hours means you are not eligible for a refund.
What is your exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and our customer service team will contact you.
How do I place a return or exchange?
To return your an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you wish to return. A member of our team will assist you.
I do not have a return slip?
In an effort to be more sustainable, we do not include return slips in your order. Please email us at email@example.com and a member of our team will assist you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
How long does it take to process a return?
Kindly allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to you. The refunded amount can only be credited back to your original form of payment.
I received the wrong item?
Please contact our customer service team with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and who will kindly rectify your issue.
